Everything here describes developments we are building. Nothing on this site is an offer, and no price, payment structure, specification or date quoted here forms part of any contract. The terms that bind us are the ones in a signed offer letter and contract of sale.

Figures and dates

Prices, equity figures, payment structures, unit availability, drive times, room sizes and handover dates are given in good faith and may change. All figures are confirmed in writing before any payment is requested.

Drawings and images

Renders are artists’ impressions. Floor plans are taken from the architect’s drawings and are subject to variation on site. Construction photography is dated and published as taken.

Where we link to another site, including WhatsApp and our staff mail provider, we are not responsible for what happens there.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
